Returns, Refunds, Damage, & Shortages Policies
Below are policies related the returns, refunds, damages, and shortages.
Damages
The carrier who delivers the merchandise is responsible for loss & damages. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packed. Notify the carrier at time of delivery, so that they may process the claim. Carriers will not honor claims when the customer signs the receiving documents as free and clear. Notify Air Savvy Inc. within 3 business days to arrange for reshipment.
Shortages
Any shortages must be called in to our customer service department within 3 days of receipt.
Returns & Refunds
Products that have been used and/or installed cannot be returned or refunded. However, if there is a defect, the products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Products that have been directly purchased from Air Savvy Inc. that have not been used and are in the original packaging may be returned for refund within 10 days of purchase date. The customer must contact Air Savvy Inc. for a Return Authorization Number prior to return. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs. Any refunds may be reduced by shipping allowance and a 15% restocking fee.
